Spring Tango Season 2026

Wednesday's Lessons

High Heels Technique (All levels)

These lessons are designed to help you strengthen your individual technique and feel more confident dancing in high heels. Through mindful movement and body awareness, you’ll learn how to use your heels in a healthy, practical, and elegant way while dancing tango.

Agenda: Wednesdays 20hs to 21hs
About this course...

Each class begins with a gentle warm-up to strengthen your feet and ankles, followed by focused work on the technique of specific tango movements. We’ll also explore embellishments — how to create them naturally, and how to bring them into your social dancing with ease and style.

Our approach is open and collaborative: we share goals, exchange experiences, and support each other’s growth as dancers. Although this is an individual technique class, we often work in pairs to practice together and make the experience more fun.

Dancers of all levels are welcome, and leaders dancers are also invited to join these sessions.
