Winter Tango Season 2024
Regular Courses with Eva Icikson & guest teachers
The Winter Season runs from January 8th to March 20th 2024.
During this season you can register for the full course, choose a lesson pack or also drop in to any of our lessons. The lessons during this season will be teach in the majority by Eva Icikson and guest teachers joining from time to time. Don't wait longer and start dancing with us!
Mondays Lessons
Open level +Beginners
All levels, absolute beginners are welcome. (You don’t need to register with a partner to follow this course)

Mondays 19hs to 20hs.
Fee p/person
€10 drop in lesson (**).
These lessons only allow a drop in system.
Dates: Every Monday of January, February and March, except 01/01; 12/02.
Registration Fee: €10 . All students must pay a yearly registration fee. This covers small administrative costs and a student’s insurance. Once is paid is valid for the entire year.
These lessons focus mostly on the social aspect of the dance. We will learn the most iconic tango steps in combination of useful tips to have a great experience while social dancing. From time to time there will be a technique lesson to clean up the movements. During these lessons we constantly change partners and roles if needed.
Absolute Beginners: During the first month of the season (January) we will reviewing all the basics steps and fundamental technique, we highly recommend to join during this period. However, absolute beginners are welcome to join during any time of the season and will be guided throw the basics to be able to catch up with the group.

High Heels Technique (Followers)
All levels / Individual (you don’t need a partner for these lessons)

The High Heels lessons help you to develop your individual technique by training and reeducating your body for a practical and healthy use of your high heels while dancing tango.
The first part of the lesson consists on a small warm up followed by exercises to strength your feet an ankles. Each lesson we work on the technique of a specific tango movement and we end up the session learning and practicing some embellishments.
All level dancers are welcome to this lesson.
On 06/03 the lesson will be given by Flávia Morari.
Wednedays Lessons
Tango - Intermediate & Adv
Lessons for intermediate / Advanced dancers. (We recommend to register with a partner)

During this course we will work on the specifics topics every week that will improve your dancing experience as a leader/follower. We will focus on individual & couple technique and specific steps and sequences related to the genre.

Changing partner is not mandatory but the possibility to change will be given during the lessons.
For this specific course we recommend following this course with a partner to guarantee the same amount of leaders and follower during the lessons.
